Scheduled an appointment for a 12,000 mile check up. Was having some additional issues so I called to see if I needed to reschedule for additional time. They said no problem but appointment would be 2 hour having some additional issues so I called to see if I needed to reschedule for additional time. They said no problem but appointment would be 2 hours longer. No problem. My husband dropped off car for 10:30 appointment and came back at 1 for a 2 or 2:30 pickup, No update was offered until 4:24 when he was told that they found the problem in the media console. Had to order parts and would now begin the oil change and tire rotation that should have been done at 10:30. He left dealership at 5:30. Not very organized. Should communicate better. Although he let them know he was back, they phoned him to discuss. Need to be aware of what customers are waiting in person. More

They are struggling to get & keep qualified service employees. Over priced oil changes. GM is not accessible & is gone a lot. Women in & around service are not masking or not masking correctly. This de employees. Over priced oil changes. GM is not accessible & is gone a lot. Women in & around service are not masking or not masking correctly. This dealership seems to be struggling because of shortage of cars to sell & employee shortage. There are some great people within this dealership. I hope improvements will be made. More

I had requested an oil cha facebook or google. Women employees/customer service check-in people were not masked. I mentioned it; it didn't happen. I had requested an oil change which I received. However I dropped the car off about 8:30 am; it was about 11:am when it was finished. Meanwhile at least 4 people who were having the same thing done, came after me, left before me. Sigh. When I decided to check on what was going on, as I walked to the counter, the young woman I had been dealing with was rounding the corner. She said she was behind in paperwork but the car was done. Shortly thereafter she came to get me. At counter, paying for service, mask was onder the chin of both women employees. I had commented on how great to see women in those positions. It was disappointing. I had an appt; I was on time; 2 1/2 hours is too long...plus others were in and out. Not sure if it was the person or what.... More
