I had gone to the dealership in December and had a visit that was not positive but left without saying anything. When I went back to have 12,000 mile service I decided to talk with the service manager abou that was not positive but left without saying anything. I was frequently unable to extract car key when gear was in parking position. Easy to set up an appointment, easy check in and super-fast check out at no cost (switch replaced in warranty)! in parking position. I got my 60k service done. The communication with advisors was not great. I was on hold for 30 minutes checking on my car so I had to drive to the dealership to find out that my car was not done till advisors was not great.
