They were no this was with an appointment. I specifically requested for certain things to be looked at and after my car was brought up to the front? They were not completed. So I was forced to wait longer while they took my car back and completed my request. Also, when I left the dealership, I noticed that my check oil light was in and also my low tire light. These should of both been addressed considering my appointment as for an oil change. And on the back of my bill of sale? There is a list of things that the service dept sort meant is (supposed) go actually check and complete. One of those things is to check my tires and they signed off on it that they were ok. So I was forced to go to a tire shop to have ( then) do what automation was supposed to do. And finally. I had to check my manual to figure out how to re set my check oil light. I will most likely not go back to this dealership considering that it shouldn't take over an 1 1/2 hours to have my oil changed. And to leave in satisfied. On a positive note : the service man was nice and polite. He even went out to my car when I left to make sure that the service dept. actually did what I requested. His name was Andrew. More
This was with a '22 Subaru Outback bought recently at Autonation Subaru. When you carefully speak a destination, the navigation system will want to take you to Detroit, Chicago, New York...anywhere but in Scottsdale. Say "Home Depot nearest me" and it responds like you're from another planet. Just cannot compute any instructions. Sales staff tell me it takes time and the system has to adjust to my voice which is nonsense. Nothing improves over hours of trying. Back to Autonation and several service and sales people experience exactly the same problem with this car. They "upgrade" the software but it does nothing. I use the nav a lot so this is very frustrating. End result is Autonation service says they can't fix it and I'm just out of luck. On a current high end model! More
