Superb customer service - could not have been better! Major repair work on older Subaru required several days. Independent shops could not correctly diagnose. Rental car provided at no cost for about a Major repair work on older Subaru required several days. Independent shops could not correctly diagnose. Rental car provided at no cost for about a week. A few hours follow-up work required at no cost, and rental provided for full day. A third visit was required. Rental car was again being arranged for up to 5 days at no charge to accommodate personal schedule. Reason for third visit determined to be separate problem unrelated to repair, but problem diagnosed and repaired within an hour or so at no charge! Rental unnecessary. The entire service department really took great care of us and our car. We'll definitely be back. More
