Took my vehicle in last Saturday for fuel pump recall and Starlink update and the service took 4-5 hrs but my son and I just kept returning a couple times and then it was all ready. This dealership has the best service. I have been coming here a long time. The current staff has to do the work that two or more employees did previously. I came in to fix the passenger side mirror. They ordered the wrong part despite being told multiple times which part needed to be replaced. They damaged the driver side mirror. I got no updates as well. Not even an hour in. I left with more problems than I came in with. They do not value your time. I would give 0/5 stars if possible. More

Not great service. My Outback driver assistance tech and infotainment system have issues. The infotainment system crashes, and is unreliable defaulting to last known settings. The driver monitoring system is distracting more than helpful, going off way to often. The dealership had no updates and could not fix any issues. Also the transmission/engine have a 3-4 second delay when accelerating, then launches off like a rocket. It needs to be more reactive and reliable. Again they hade no solution. More
