Dealership needs a better phone system. I tried various numbers but it just keep taking me around and around, ringing but no one answered. I finally hit the number from the menu for sales and a live person numbers but it just keep taking me around and around, ringing but no one answered. I finally hit the number from the menu for sales and a live person answered the phone. I explained my situation and he transferred me to Steve Russo and finally I was able to leave a message. The operator never answered either. Service was fine. Car had minor paint damage to roof that should have been repaired before the car was sold. Bought car in June 2021. Repaired in Feb 2022. Steve Russo did a good job once I spoke to him but the customer service through the phone leaves much to be desired. More

Steve Russo was outstanding. I will drive from Las Vegas again for service at this location. Much better treatment than Subaru of Las Vegas.
