Bud and Moose gave us the time and courtesy to allow us to contact our son, etc. They both were super accommodating in the sales process and I would recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone who is looking for a Subaru. I bought my 2009 Subaru new at this dealership and have really enjoyed it. I have been so happy with the dealership and the people there, that I am now purchasing another Subaru from them. It is sky blue in color and really pretty. On this purchase I was accepted as a member of the Power Subaru family. That is really special to me. The purchasing process went very smoothly thanks to the General Sales Manager Mustafa Samil. The salesman Ron Schuler was very good at the follow up and delivery of the car. Also have dealt with Troy Stinson in the service dept. with the previous Subaru and am very happy with the service that she has provided for me. We were looking for a Chrysler 300 and we noticed a very clean used Volkswagon Passat on this lot. We were not pressured in any way on our first visit and we came back the next night to drive the Passat a s clean used Volkswagon Passat on this lot. Scott and his night manager ( I forgot his name ) located a 300 for us to drive at another Power dealership and afforded us the opportunity to compare both cars side by side. Needless to say, we chose the Passat and have not had any second thoughts about our purchase. Every little item and every question we had were answered politely and with a level of professionalism we haven't seen in many auto dealerships. We kept them late past closing time to make sure we could have the car we wanted and were happy with it. Tony was our finance guy and he showed the same professionalism on the paperwork end of the deal. We couldn't be any happier with our experience at this store. More

I recently had to purchase a new (or used) car. I went to a number of dealerships, 6 in 4 days-all makes. Generally I could not get into the lot to look without being accosted. Even when told I was only looking, the sales people still followed. Only at two dealerships did this not occur. Both were Subaru. In all cases, when I found a vehicle I may be interested in, I would ask for the best available price, advising that I did not want the monthly payment speech, or to have to haggle in any way. Only one dealership met this, Power Subaru of North Scottsdale. Mark and Mustafa were perfect to work with. Upon arriving on the lot I was allowed to browse with no interruption. As I began to focus in on a car or two, Mark walked over to see if I had any questions. I did not, so he left me, advising I could call him over at a time. When I did, he did not try to "sell" me on the car. He even gave me the best price quote available by asking only once. In every single interaction, it felt that I was working with two people who were trying to help me, not sell me. Even when talking to the service department about adding accessories, it was more like working with people who had my interest at heart. Sure they wanted to sell the car, and they said so. However, they also said that if the car was right for me I would buy it, they would not try to sell me on it. I could not recommend this team more. The price was very good compared to all quotes I found online (even truecar.com). My only complaint, and a VERY minor one at that, had to do with the step in the process where you sign the final paperwork and they try to upsell the protection packages. I advised the guy that I was not interested, and he did not push at all. I als advised that I needed to get this part done quickly as I had other appointments that day. It took FAR too long. Chatting would have been nice, and he was a nice guy, but I said I was in a hurry. Overall, Power Subaru in North Scottsdale is awesome. If you are looking for a new car, go there, ask for Mark or Mus. You will be happy you did. More
