Terrible - profit over people Called to schedule a test drive, showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for the keys. Test drove a Subaru Forester and as I was heading in the office Called to schedule a test drive, showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for the keys. Test drove a Subaru Forester and as I was heading in the office, another family arrived to test the same car. I made an offer and filled out an application. But the sales manager kept me on hold until he could he a better offer from the family. Despite arriving first and waiting for the keys, the car was sold to the family. The sales manager accused me of being rude because I felt wronged because I had made the first offer and told him what's important is principles over people -- is brent here 2 hours thanks to waiting for keys that weren't ready when I arrived. Same day, I received a much better deal in a Forester with 20k lower miles from Reeds Automotive, who were 90 times more professional. Stay away from this dealership. Evil place. More
Bad sales experience Went to test drive an Outback. First time driving one but the salesman could not find one for me to take out! He could not find the cars I saw on the Went to test drive an Outback. First time driving one but the salesman could not find one for me to take out! He could not find the cars I saw on the website either. He had key fobs in his raised hands trying to find one. Never did and I left in frustration. I have been buying cars for 40 years and never had this experience! More
Worst experience with a dealership ever!! Purchased a Subaru Imprezza and was delivered a damaged car! Luckily they agreed to take it back but refused to fix it after a long run around! I kept Purchased a Subaru Imprezza and was delivered a damaged car! Luckily they agreed to take it back but refused to fix it after a long run around! I kept hearing we aren't making any money so we can't help or fix the issue!! After we returned the car we were told our down payment was shredded, NOT!! The cashed it two weeks later and bounced my house payment! They made me again run through hoops to get my money back! Horrible customer service, high pressure, incopadent staff, just plain horrible experience! Stay away from AutoNation Subaru!! By the way, if u want a good deal try Camelback Toyota! Great prices, low financing rates, and excellent customer service!! Thanks Camelback Toyota for being an honest straight forward dealership and for selling me an amazing car!!! More
Finding the right vehicle was the easy part. Good inventory, low pressure until you get into the finance office. They will try to low ball you and steal your trade, just be aware how much your trade inventory, low pressure until you get into the finance office. They will try to low ball you and steal your trade, just be aware how much your trade is worth. Bought a Outback 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been funded. I'm getting calls from my previous lender asking why I haven't paid my March payment, no response from Jeff Beacham, had to go there again and have someone figure it out. Turns out that Jeff turned in a form with an incorrect date and it has been in limbo for 2 weeks. Thanks Jeff! Wouldn't mind, but it the 3rd time I've made a 60 mile round trip to fix a financing detail. Best bet is to secure financing prior to buying... More
Just bought a new Subaru Impreza, it is a great vehicle, not so happy with my experience with the dealer .Had to go back to fix a financing issue 3 days after buying it. Got a better price, but a higher int not so happy with my experience with the dealer .Had to go back to fix a financing issue 3 days after buying it. Got a better price, but a higher interest rate and Lojack had been added to the contract. I didn't want Lojack as I really don't drive that much, so I didn't want to sign the contract. After 20 minutes of trying to resolve this issue I got told that my only choices were to sign the contract or accept the terms of the original contract at a higher interest rate. So much for the AutoNation 3 day right of rescission clause. So I signed under duress, as although I didn't feel comfortable with the situation, the monthly payment was in my range and maybe Lojack would help with the resale value... As the Impreza was getting some cosmetic work done in the AutoNation body shop, I agreed to have the Lojack installed at the same time. I picked my car up 4 days later, checked out the body repair and drove home. The next day I realized that the Lojack wasn't installed so I contacted my sales person. He promised to talk to his boss and fix this situation. After waiting for 2 weeks I contacted his boss and the general manager of AutoNation Subaru and got a response form the general manager promising to investigate and have the responsible person contact me. I'm still waiting. So I'm paying off $995 more on my loan than I had planned to for a feature I didn't want! As English isn't my first language (my husband is helping me write this), I feel like I have been taken advantage of, and nobody wants to address my issue. Now I know why the first form that AutoNation has you sign is the "Arbitration Clause". I went to this dealer based on their yelp reviews. I posted the same review as above and they got yelp to pull it. My husband did the same and his got removed too... More
The guys at this dealership went over and above expectations, delivered on all of their promises, and made an overall great car buying experience. Today was the icing on the cake as I was told to come in Monday. 12/2/13 for the refund of my down payment on a recently purchased car from this dealer. I was called on Black Friday by Mike Dryden the GSM, who told me he got me approved for my vehicle but at a higher rate. I told him I could not accept that and he was quick to tell me, "well need you to bring in the keys and return the vehicle." We hung up on that note and he called me back in ten minutes stating how he looked at the deal some more and has a few option....which threw me back as I had already been waiting two weeks for it to finish. Why didn't he look and find the options prior to the first call? At this point I was threw because I came to them for a second time after things didn't work out. I called Mike the dealer around 5 stating I was en route with the car. Mike called me from his personal cell phone and proceeded to argue with me for over 20 minutes about how he no longer wanted me to return the car due to me revealing that a credit union would qualify me under better terns. I was told to return monday, today and have waited 40 minutes for Mike to finally tell me the check can't be ready until 5 Pm tomorrow. WTF?! There is supposedly no payroll people here on a Monday after a holiday week....BBB bad bad business. Mike Dryden is a horrible businessman and lacks integrity. I was happy to write Subaru raving reviews upon a good experience. Now you get the real deal. Subaru products may be good but their sales and service suck! More

First of all, let me say, I buy a lot of cars - not only for myself, but I often go with friends to buy cars. This was by far, the best buying experience I have ever had. Mark was amazing to deal with. N for myself, but I often go with friends to buy cars. This was by far, the best buying experience I have ever had. Mark was amazing to deal with. Not only was he knowledgable about his products, there was no pressure to buy. When it came down to final price, not only was the new car price fair, but they gave me a very good price on my trade in. My wife and I felt great about the transaction and great about the purchase. To put in in perspective, after we bought the car, I stopped by the dealership to give them some paperwork. Mark and I talked for a good 30 minutes and then he drove me to pick up my car where I was getting a hitch installed - this was after the sale was done. You couldn't ask for better service. We will continue to buy cars with Mark and this dealership. More
