Jaime was the salesman He had good knowledge of the Outback However he was sick the day after I purchased the car. No one called to reschedule the appointment I had with him. The supervisor assigned some one to help and left . No apology or nothing. I was told Jaime would call and schedule my appointment to get tinted windows. Today I called myself and scheduled it. The worst part of buying a car is signing the documents All I was told sign the IPAD Nothing was explained on the contract. The cost were never reviewed. All was discussed was buying warranty for the car. She wanted to keep adding costs. I was told I had a 300$ credit on the license on my trade in. I never saw on contract. Aug/2021: The buying and financial followup for my Subaru Outback was unsatisfactory. First, the trade-in with my car had the milage inaccurate which lead to a 25% decrease in it's trade-in value. Second, an Outback was unsatisfactory. First, the trade-in with my car had the milage inaccurate which lead to a 25% decrease in it's trade-in value. Second, an item that should have been installed was left in the trunk. Third there was an issue with our check written for extended warranty, the issue was never directly communicated to us by the financial staff at AutoNation Subaru. It took three separate return trips to the dealership to address and correct these issues. Sara, the gm was helpful in having these issues corrected to our satisfaction.It should not take three trips back to address issues that should not have occurred in the first place. In the end the buying experience at AutoNation Subaru left me with a sense of a very dysfunctional staff. More

My husband and I have two young children so spending a ton of time at the dealership isn't really an option. We worked with Lucas on a new Impreza that was in transit and explained that we would really l ton of time at the dealership isn't really an option. Lucas and his team were amazing and exceeding all of our expectations. Not only did they offer a fair amount for my trade, the entire process was seamless and we were in and out within about 2 hours of our arrival.
