Took my vehicle in last Saturday for fuel pump recall and Starlink update and the service took 4-5 hrs but my son and I just kept returning a couple times and then it was all ready. I purchased my car there and have taken in for check-ups every six months for the last 3 yrs and each time they were very helpful. This dealership has the best service. I have been coming here a long time. The current staff has to do the work that two or more employees did previously. I came in to fix the passenger side mirror. They ordered the wrong part despite being told multiple times which part needed to be replaced. They damaged the driver side mirror. The service director Tommy Tufano was talking to me like I was an idiot and was giving me ride looks. Absolutely horrible experience. Nobody apologized for wasting 3 hours of my time. I got no updates as well. Not even an hour in. I left with more problems than I came in with. They do not value your time. I would give 0/5 stars if possible. More
