As a single retired female it’s important for me to have a dealership that I can trust to be honest, fair, & keep me safe on my cross country road trips. Everyone at AutoNation Subaru is on the same page & I was walked smoothly through the entire process of trading in the 2020 & ordering just the 2022 Forester with the features I wanted. I was well informed through every step of the purchase with all my questions answered patiently by Colton. Of course I’ll be bringing my Forester to this dealership for required servicing & this would be my choice for my next car purchase as well. More

Dealership needs a better phone system. I tried various numbers but it just keep taking me around and around, ringing but no one answered. I finally hit the number from the menu for sales and a live person numbers but it just keep taking me around and around, ringing but no one answered. The operator never answered either. Service was fine. Car had minor paint damage to roof that should have been repaired before the car was sold. Bought car in June 2021. Repaired in Feb 2022. Steve Russo did a good job once I spoke to him but the customer service through the phone leaves much to be desired. More
