my experience with AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale, was smooth, honest, drama free, professional and pleasant. After a unsatisfactory search in the valley for the last remaining available 22' Forester's, smooth, honest, drama free, professional and pleasant. After a unsatisfactory search in the valley for the last remaining available 22' Forester's, I stumbled upon AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale; where right from the start my experience felt welcoming. My sales sales associate Luis Sosa, understood my frustration with others dealers in valley, and assured of a much better customer experience. Instead of haggling with other valley dealers, Luis presented a solution to order my new 2023 Forester, just the way I wanted it, with no surprises and unnecessary add-ons and the price was the price. As soon as ordering was open in October for the 23' Forester, Luis called me immediately, and we placed our order and deposit. Luis updated me every week, his communication was professional and timely from start to finish. My Forester was expected in December and arrived 2 weeks early! Luis called me immediately, and from there the process at AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale, was smooth, honest, easy without stress and haggle. There was a minor price difference that was higher than what I agreed to, when ordered, and without hesitation it was corrected. I drove off the lot with the first 2023 Forester Sport in a gorgeous color of sapphire blue pearl in the state of AZ. I should have never purchased a used vehicle from the dealership salesman. Worst experience of my life. I have had issues since day one. Once the car was sold, I was on my own, no Carfax, no test drive dealership salesman. Worst experience of my life. I have had issues since day one. Once the car was sold, I was on my own, no Carfax, no test drive, no explanation of how all the function of the car. The only nice thing, they did, they replaced the broken windshield, calibrated eyesight, repair scratches on the passenger vehicle don't you think that is the least they could do after spending 30K. My visit was including maintenance and a big issue with my car, while driving it goes from 40 to 0 in seconds and they cannot find the problem . This is a very scary situation because I can get hit at any time, I really do not feel secure in this car that's why I informed my insurance. It maybe the time to look for another vehicle. . Regardless of the model or year, below are the most commonly reported issues with respect to the Subaru CVT transmission. Pls visit the site of Olive.com Stalling – Owners complained that the vehicle would stall out and come to a sudden stop. Others experienced stalling while driving without the ability to turn the vehicle back on. Shuddering, Shaking and Bumps – If a CVT belt or pulley is not working properly, it can cause the car to shake or shudder, which was experienced by consumers throughout the years and models. Knocking and Jerking – Another common problem were loud noises, such as knocks and jerking. Some owners reported loud thud noises coming from the transmission area too. Hesitation – The car not wanting to get going was consistently noted. Owners complained that their Subaru would not “go” when the gas pedal was pressed or would hesitate or pause for a moment after the gas pedal was engaged. It's not the hook under the car who does that. It's a fact that exist with the transmission. Is there a recall for this situation. In closing I want to thank you Steven for his professionalism. More
