My sales sales associate Luis Sosa, understood my frustration with others dealers in valley, and assured of a much better customer experience. Instead of haggling with other valley dealers, Luis presented a solution to order my new 2023 Forester, just the way I wanted it, with no surprises and unnecessary add-ons and the price was the price. As soon as ordering was open in October for the 23' Forester, Luis called me immediately, and we placed our order and deposit. Luis updated me every week, his communication was professional and timely from start to finish. My Forester was expected in December and arrived 2 weeks early! Luis called me immediately, and from there the process at AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale, was smooth, honest, easy without stress and haggle. There was a minor price difference that was higher than what I agreed to, when ordered, and without hesitation it was corrected. I drove off the lot with the first 2023 Forester Sport in a gorgeous color of sapphire blue pearl in the state of AZ.
