New to the area and Roseville Subaru . Cody was pleasant and knowledgeable; explained everything, including tire, battery and brake levels. Alvin was very helpful in helping me pick out a Subaru that fit my needs/wants. I wasn't even sure I wanted a Subaru, so I visited him a few times, and each time he answered questions, and gave his opini that fit my needs/wants. I wasn't even sure I wanted a Subaru, so I visited him a few times, and each time he answered questions, and gave his opinions...without any pressure. I ended up with a Crosstrek, in the color I wanted because he ordered it for me (instead of talking me into a sale on the first day). It came in sooner than expected, so that was a bonus as well. He showed me how to use all the bells and whistles before driving away. I would HIGHLY recommend Alvin, and this Subaru dealership all together! More
