I've been coming here since I purchased my vehicle in 2016. Even after my warranty ran out and knowing you charge more than other mechanics. That being said the last 2 times I've come my car has gone unw 2016. Even after my warranty ran out and knowing you charge more than other mechanics. That being said the last 2 times I've come my car has gone unwashed. It's the little things but I've requested it and this last time I wasn't even contacted about my car being ready. Told 3pm and finally just showed up at 15 min to 5pm. I've bought new tires, done all my maintenance there, including the 60000 miles and am a little tired of paying so much and not being treated like it. It's time to look for another shop, where I don't feel ripped off and am treated like my business matters. More

Cody Pickenpaugh was terrific. My wife's Subaru Impreza battery died and Cody was able to get me in fast and also apply a discount on the purchase of the battery. Brought my car in for an infotainment update and oil change/tire rotation. Was told it would take a few hours because of the update, which I was fine with. Dealer took the full time, said it was updat change/tire rotation. Was told it would take a few hours because of the update, which I was fine with. I was quite pleased with the routine oil change and safety check. I suggest, though, if key fob is removed from the customer's key ring (so fob will fit on processing rack in service area) that the cu safety check. I had some anxious moments when I saw that my key ring was no longer attached to the key fob, and had to return to the dealership to find out what had happened. More
