I wish that Subaru of Roseville had loaner cars at their facility like other luxury brand car dealerships do. It is not convenient to have to go to another location to pick up a loaner car and no one tells facility like other luxury brand car dealerships do. It is not convenient to have to go to another location to pick up a loaner car and no one tells you that you need a credit card to put a deposit for the loaner car. I think that the staff at Subaru of Roseville is very friendly and helpful. However when we purchased our Subaru Outback no one explained that the car did not come with a CD player. We would have upgraded to another model that had a CD player if we had been told our model didn't come with a CD player. We were disappointed that the salesperson did not explain all of the features or features that were not included in our Subaru Outback. More
