Next, they too Top Sales experience. Terrible finance Dept. 1st they submitted my downpayment check a day earlier than agreed - which was returned. Next, they took over a week to even respond to my request for an explaination - and reimbursment. Finally, I received a threatening letter from a collection company trying to 'recover' their 3rd party check fee - caused by the bounced check. I have still had no reply to my request to AutoNation to deal with this collection company. If this in any way affects my credit rating I will be taking all appropriate actions including letters to the Fair Trade Commissin. Oh, and they refuse to give me an email address for their management team, so I can only work through my sales person. More
