Appointment system worked real well for drop off the night before. Very happy with work performed. Service manager was knowledgeable of my vehicle and other Subaru's in our family. the service has not been provided yet since I visited the Roseville location on Oct 27, 21. Never had this kind of experience before. Yes, the services adviser can change the rating. I have been going the Roseville location on Oct 27, 21. Never had this kind of experience before. Yes, the services adviser can change the rating. I have been going there for years, but now after the Service advice that I worked with before Jim moved to TX, I am not happy with Raj at all, I am still waiting since Oct 27 for him to get back to me. I even called the left a message to the Serv Manager, but got Raj to call back with no update.. he always calls at the end of the day, and when everything is turned off saying tomorrow morning I will update you...j I am still waiting to find out if tomorrow ever comes.. :(. I am very disappointed. More
