Raj was very polite and listened to my concerns. I informed him I had to leave by a certain time and he honored that. I was on my way in a timely fashion. He also informed that my different tire tread informed him I had to leave by a certain time and he honored that. I was on my way in a timely fashion. He also informed that my different tire tread level is affecting my 4 wheel drive in a negative way. That is greatly appreciated! More

Was going to wait for my car. Told the person who made my appointment this. I was having the Starlink update done. They should have told me this would take 6 hours. I have a broken back and could not sit for appointment this. I was having the Starlink update done. They should have told me this would take 6 hours. I have a broken back and could not sit for 6 hours in your dealership. Had to figure out how to get home, while everyone I know is working. Huge inconvenience, very disappointed in the service appointment team. More
