This is a revised review. When I purchased the Crosstrek I asked the dealer if it could have a trailer hitch installed to carry a mobility scooter lift.. I was told no probl When I purchased the Crosstrek I asked the dealer if it could have a trailer hitch installed to carry a mobility scooter lift.. I was told no problem and it would be $1400.00. Due to health problems I have just tried to have the lift installed, the mobility people said that the hitch would not support a mobility lift of any kind. So, I paid the $1400 for a useless hitch. In addition to paying for a vehicle that I can't really use. Please tell you sales people and mechanics to stop giving people false information, just to sell a car. More

2020 Outback. 2.5 hours for an oil change, I had an appointment, not a drop in. Was told I needed tires and an alignment bc of wear of 1 tire. Also needed air filt 2.5 hours for an oil change, I had an appointment, not a drop in. Was told I needed tires and an alignment bc of wear of 1 tire. Also needed air filters. I was not prepared to buy 4 tires for a 3 yo car, and I felt they should've recommended an alignment at a previous service if it was bad enough to cause that much wear between oil changes. I said I'd go ahead with the air filters but I don't think they did it, and they gave me the oil change for free bc it took so long. In the end I feel like they were just interested in selling me tires to the tune of 1000, not truly taking care of my vehicle. They should have recommended replacing 1 tire (shaved to match the 3 other good tires), an alignment and air filters. I will be looking for another place to service my Subaru. More

Codi has been the service center guy working with me since 2021 n the servicing of my Crosstrek. He is wonderful and very efficient.
