They have a no hassle policy which makes for an easy shopping experience. My husband and I first bought a Subaru Impreza and then a year later had a kid so we needed to upgrade to something bigger and ended up getting a Subaru Outback. We originally were thinking about getting the Forrester but after test driving the new Outback and seeing all the features that come with it, the car sold itself. We absolutely love our new car and are so happy we purchased through Subaru. The guys at the Roseville location were amazing. Sergey did an awesome job of explaining the differences between different cars and he had such great customer service, he truly made me feel like I was talking to a friend. The manager Sonny was super friendly, he made the process feel stress-less and that’s coming from 2 parents that had there baby with them. Zen helped complete the paperwork side of things and he explained everything SO WELL, he answered all of our questions and made us feel great about our new car. I really appreciate the customer service that Subaru employees provide, it’s honestly night and day compared to *cough* *cough* (Toyota). We tried buying a car a few times through a different dealership and the experience was just awful. Coming to Subaru was like taking a breath of fresh air and that’s just me being completely honest. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about buying a car new or pre-owned in the Sacramento area.
