AutoNation Subaru Roseville

We brought our 2020 Ascent in to get a rattle fixed because it was still under warranty. I was told it might take a few hours so the vehicle was dropped off and they called a driving service to bring m because it was still under warranty. I have 3 children in car seats and am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy (we bought the Ascent because it was one of the few cars to accommodate the car seats). Well I guess that few hours it was supposed to take was not enough. They didn't let us know until closing time that we would be left without a car not only for the rest of the day/night but for the whole weekend since they were closed for memorial day. No rental or loaner car was offered. We were left without a car for 5 days. At 8 months pregnant, I was stuck with no way to get to appointments, the hospital, or having a way of getting the other kids to school. I was left walking everywhere in 90 degree heat. So far, the rattle seems to be fixed. So I am happy with that. But smudge marks were left all over the windshield. And while the staff was friendly enough to talk to, the actions of leaving us stranded were lack luster in the customer service department. More

My first old beater car, had a continuing break issue once, and I prefer to be preventative. Therefore I had new brake pads installed. The fact that Jason puts the choice in my hands means he realizes the financial concerns, which we all have today with uncontrollable increased deregulation years ago. I am very grateful for his service and kindness. I did not ask if the car was sanitized or request the service. More

Received my 12 month service on my brand new car, ($35k from this dealer), with less then 10k miles on 5/5/2020. Oil change and tire rotation, (per the manual it should also have included the cabin air fi from this dealer), with less then 10k miles on 5/5/2020. Oil change and tire rotation, (per the manual it should also have included the cabin air filter, but that was not done). Estimate was handed to me for signing, no comment was made about extras. I admit I didn't review it. Service took about 90 minutes. After getting home I glance at the bill. Oil additive? On a brand new car? for $20? $3 for adding washer fluid? And a charge for a gasket?!? Car has less then 10k miles, wasn't wear and tear, more like a mechanic screw up. Udder BS .. Hope you enjoy your extra $24 because I no longer trust you, specially after how you delivered the car to me brand new with almost no detailing. I'm finding a new dealer for service. More
