Our recent lease experience was very good Overall. only a couple of small issues.. seems they limit a test drive to around the block. This is silly!! I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Autonation Subaru. I live in Alaska and have made the trip down just because the dealership is that good. Both times I have purchased a vehicle, the staff was “no-pressure” and I felt like I was shopping with a friend who knew a lot about Subarus. I’m not comfortable “wheeling and dealing” but I had a budget, and they really worked with me when it was time to make the purchase without having any back and forth (uncomfortable) exchanges with “their manager.” Plus, they have the local SPCA as a Subaru sponsored donation location, so my purchases included a donation to my favorite charity. I have also returned to have my Forester serviced, and they were on time, quick to do the service while I waited, and washed my car afterward. Overall, this is the nicest car dealership I have ever worked with and I cannot recommend it enough! BTW, you can bring your dog to the showroom 🐾❤️ It’s a dog friendly business! More
