Bought new 2022 & 2019 (with 5,000 miles) and were pleased from initial meeting with Sales and Finance (Asian gentleman; I cannot remember his name) department. There were no tricks, pressure, gimmick pleased from initial meeting with Sales and Finance (Asian gentleman; I cannot remember his name) department. There were no tricks, pressure, gimmicks, or “boss” we never saw, like the local Toyota dealer subjected us to several times in the past. Emmanuel Alvarado was sales rep & he was calm, informative & we like him very much. We added Body Side Moldings to both vehicles & Cody Pickinpaugh in Service Department was very helpful, respectful of our time & nice to work with. More
