Gotta say I’m very disappointed in my service visit. Was told the warranty repair was a few hour job. I dropped off the car the night before for my 9:30am appointment. The day of my appointment I waited all day to hear something. At 4:30pm I called to check on progress. Was then told, oh, yeah it’s taking longer than I thought. We need the car another day. Keep in mind, I have a job and need my car to get to and from work. I’m 20miles from the dealership and at this time of night to get someone to take to get a rental car is a no go. Plus it wasn’t offered by the dealer so it would be at my expense. Day two I waited all day to hear how it was going. Nothing, total silence. Again, at 4:30pm I call. No answer, left voicemail and I called the main number to ensure Shae was actually in the office, he was. 4:50pm I call Shae again, no answer and leave a message again. At 5:15pm I call again, no answer so I leave another message. At this point it’s obvious it’s not ready so I stare, looks like your not going to take my calls and I assume you need another day. With an attitude because now I’m out of the office a third day and I have to explain to my boss why. Morning of day three I expect a call that morning to respond to my three messages. I got nothing, total silence. Incredible how I don’t give a xxxx attitude I received from Shae, just incredible. On day three, about 1pm I got a call from Shae. He says hello, your vehicle is ready, I say okay, I’ll be there shortly. I arrive about 2pm to pick it up, I meet up with Shae. He says hi, I’ll go get your car. Ten minutes goes by and he walk in and says, we can’t get your car to start. We think it’s the battery and we need to jump it. I tell him that’s strange, maybe double check the wire harness and push it in. He chuckled and says, oh it’s not that, it’s gotta be the battery. Forty five minutes later he calls me up to the counter. He tells me, okay, we got it started. The wire harness wasn’t pushed together all the way. Wow, really. I’m just flabbergasted. He says okay your all ready, have a good day. That’s it, no apology for never returning calls or leaving me hanging. Nothing. My next service or repair won’t be at this dealership, I’ll try another that appreciates my business. More

I’d like to recommend the dealer but I can’t. I was concerned when I was told I needed brakes on all four wheels. When I reminded the staff that they had replaced the rear brakes the year before I was concerned when I was told I needed brakes on all four wheels. When I reminded the staff that they had replaced the rear brakes the year before I was told that a mistake was made and it only the front brakes that needed to be replaced. The brakes were not making noise and they seemed to work well so I took the car to a national tire center. They checked and said the brakes were fine. I also asked the Subaru representative why the cost I was quoted was 50% higher that the year before and was told they now have to use Subaru parts instead of off brands. I don’t recall being told that Subaru parts were not being used on my vehicle the year before. There are plenty of certified shops in my area. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this dealership or any other AutoNation dealership. More
What made this a 5 star rating was Raj, my service person. It was a long wait but he recognized and compensated for that; plus, they discovered what was wrong when others did not. person. The BEST car buying experience! I was able to get in on a Saturday with very little advance notice thanks to Mike. I had a headlight replaced, which is a necessity for me as I am driving after dark. Service advisor Raj once again pro advance notice thanks to Mike. I had a headlight replaced, which is a necessity for me as I am driving after dark. Service advisor Raj once again provided excellent care. One note: my call went to a call center in Las Vegas and the person was NOT helpful. By asking for a manager, I was connected with Mike who went above and beyond! More
