Went to Subaru Roseville to look at a specific used car. Salesman Sean helped us and answered all of our questions. We were able to get a price breakdown and information on extended warranties in a matter o Salesman Sean helped us and answered all of our questions. We were able to get a price breakdown and information on extended warranties in a matter of minutes, completely unheard of at other dealerships. Their claim of transparency is accurate! We realized the car was out of our daughter's budget and no one's time was wasted. No pressure from them at all. We thanked them for their help and moved on...what a concept! Thank you for not dragging us into a timesuck vortex like a lot of other dealers would have. More

Disappointed in poor communication. Need to communicate better with customers about time needed for basic maintenance. I was told basic service would take 1 1/2 hours. So I agreed to stay @ Roseville Subaru Autnation & wait to have service completed. Did not expect to wait all day! Or would have dropped off my car & returned later to pick it up. Service is not complete. Waiting for some parts to arrive @ dealer to bring car back for more service work. More
