To be completely honest, the relationship did start off a little rocky but I am one to always give second chances. I lost confidence in the vehicle and after working with Autonation, they took the car back, canceled the transaction, and gave me all my money back 3 weeks after the purchase of the vehicle. Even though I was put in a tough spot, they came through and did the right thing so I wanted to give them another chance. I later came in to look at a vehicle that just landed in inventory. As a cash buyer, I had a finite budget. After building a rapport from the previous incident, they worked on getting me out the door with a brand new vehicle for a price that worked for my family.
