First off, has anyone actually won a $100 gas card for leaving a honest review? Anyways, I emailed Part Manager Cheng Xiong for some Subaru Genuine accessories for my 2022 Subaru Legacy Touring XT. He was leaving a honest review? Anyways, I emailed Part Manager Cheng Xiong for some Subaru Genuine accessories for my 2022 Subaru Legacy Touring XT. He was fast and prompt on his reply. Got me in touch with Service Advisor Shea Smith and he quoted me a price with labor and we agreed on a date/time. Showed up and Shea took care of me. Opened the box up to check over the parts that was ordered before starting the work. Ran into a snag, the quoted time was longer than expected but Shea made it right by not having me wait there all day but offered me a loaner car for the day so I didn't have to wait all day. Rec'd a call towards the end of the day that everything was installed except for the trunk torsion springs as it required a special tool. Was able to pickup my car before the dealership closed. Shea informed me and showed me on my invoice that the notes of the special tool required is on order and that he will let me know when they get it so I can bring my car back to have these more heavy torsion springs installed. My work was on 9/3/22 and as of today 9/14/22, I have not heard back about bringing my car back. Will update my review if and when this is resolved fully or not in the future. Tim S.
