Every other time I've used this dealership it's been a good experience, but this time I told them my time constraints as soon as I arrived at the location which gave then almost 3 hours from my appointmen good experience, but this time I told them my time constraints as soon as I arrived at the location which gave then almost 3 hours from my appointment time to perform an oil change and look into an issue with the electronics. I kept in contact with my service provider starting about an hour out from when I would need to leave and let them know that if they weren't able to diagnose the issue in time it would be fine and I would come back at another time to try again. I ended up not getting my vehicle back until 15 minutes after my next appointment was supposed to started (I had to reschedule it). The service tech I was assigned to was very apologetic, but it still didn't change the fact that they didn't meet my needs that day. More

Buying the car was probably one of the best experiences we’ve had to date. The staff were friendly and courteous and were able to work to make the process a quick one being that we had our children with us we’ve had to date. My only disappointment was the condition of some of the items the dealership claimed to have taken care of prior to the vehicle being listed for sale. Our mechanic immediately reviewed the vehicle after purchase and found a torn windshield wiper, rotors that needed to be turned and a poor detailing job before delivery to us. All of these items aren’t deal breakers, but if you are going to claim you replaced wiper blades and turned rotors in the Carfax, then you better actually do it. The vehicle was not detailed and probably just quickly vacuumed and run through an auto wash. Drove away with only a quarter tank of gas. Would be nice if you filled the tank for your customer upon purchase. Would I buy a car here again? Sure. But I would likely be a little more picky with them before driving away a previously owned vehicle. More
