Every other time I've used this dealership it's been a good experience, but this time I told them my time constraints as soon as I arrived at the location which gave then almost 3 hours from my appointmen good experience, but this time I told them my time constraints as soon as I arrived at the location which gave then almost 3 hours from my appointment time to perform an oil change and look into an issue with the electronics. I kept in contact with my service provider starting about an hour out from when I would need to leave and let them know that if they weren't able to diagnose the issue in time it would be fine and I would come back at another time to try again. I ended up not getting my vehicle back until 15 minutes after my next appointment was supposed to started (I had to reschedule it). The service tech I was assigned to was very apologetic, but it still didn't change the fact that they didn't meet my needs that day. More
