Great experience, good people and except for a factory issue with the cars headlights we would be completely satisfied. I have two Subaru's. I took my Crosstrek in for its 30,000 mile service. Raj Sarin has been my service advisor for a long time now and has always done a fantastic job. I took my Crosstrek in for its 30,000 mile service. Raj Sarin has been my service advisor for a long time now and has always done a fantastic job. He explains what has to be done for the repair/service and the estimated cost, which is usually spot on. I also get a time frame for how long it will take to complete the service, which is also usually meet. I am very pleased with my experience in maintaining my cars with the Service Department and Raj.
