I was there for my 30,000 mile checkup. I was greeted quickly as I arrived. Although the estimated wait time was 4 hours, I was through in only two hours! Salespeople there are NOT pushy, they have limited avail inventory but that’s everywhere right now. Pleased I was able to secure a Crosstrek without paying over msp, and got great savings on appearance an inventory but that’s everywhere right now. Spencer went above and beyond to get our GPS/Radio replaced that was only replaced a little over a year ago by another Subaru dealer in Virginia.
