I brought a 2003 Subaru Forestor in after Heubuger Subaru worked on the car. The AC stopped working, I thought they may have disconnected something and forgot to reconnect something. So I took it to Auto N worked on the car. The AC stopped working, I thought they may have disconnected something and forgot to reconnect something. So I took it to Auto Nation Subaru. BIG MISTAKE! I turned down $12,000+ estimate to fix my Subaru, including the $1700 compressor they said I needed, turned out to be a loose fitting. These guys are RIP OFFS, they are just box swappers and probably wouldn’t know how to really fix anything. I must thank them as they saved me a lot of time. We are buying a new car to replace the Forestor in December and until this visit, Subaru was at the top of the list, it’s one less dealer we need to visit for a test drive. Congrats service department, you just torpedoed your sales department! More
I had an appointment for Wednesday, but a scheduling conflict came up and AutoNation kindly found a time slot for me a day earlier. Jessica said my appointment would take about an hour, an hour and a half tops, and true to her word, she had me on my way in an hour. More

Everything went very smoothly yesterday. I was greeted by someone in the service area and they took care of everything right away. I was told how long it would take and how much the service would cost..so no someone in the service area and they took care of everything right away. Took our Ascent in for service. Had three issues we asked to be addressed: battery completely dead, radio stopped working, transmission not "shifting" right. The service advisor tried too hard to up- asked to be addressed: battery completely dead, radio stopped working, transmission not "shifting" right. The service advisor tried too hard to up-sell us on services, and asked demeaning questions (did you have the volume turned up, did you have the mute on). Even though we had an appointment, and dropped it off at 7am, they didn't even look at it until the following day. It took 3 separate calls to find out it hadn't even been looked at. When they finally looked at it the following day, they found nothing wrong. Bet if we were not under warranty there would have been plenty to fix. More
