I've been using this dealer for service for years for my Subaru Outbacks. It's gradually going downhill. This time I'm not coming back. It got two stars from past history but this time not. They way overcharged me for add on 'smoke and mirror' service to a 75000 mile check, that they did not ask for permission first. I'm done. Then when I continued the survey, it upgraded my rating and wont let me change it!!?? It is two stars, whatever it tells you. More

I recently had my 2017 Outback serviced with this dealership for the 30k maintenance check (which isn't cheap by the way) as well as a new set of tires.
