AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe - Service Center

This is the second time we have had a poor service experience at Auto Nation Subaru on Arapahoe Rd. in Centennial, CO. We were told an oil change had been done on our Crosstrek but in fact it had NOT experience at Auto Nation Subaru on Arapahoe Rd. in Centennial, CO. We were told an oil change had been done on our Crosstrek but in fact it had NOT been done. If we had not discovered this, we would have paid for a service that had not been done; the only concession given was a sorry and being charged employee rates when the Customer Service thing to do would have been not to charge for the service as clearly it was AutoNation's error. In addition, we had to keep calling to find out the status of the service. This is the second time we have worked with this Service Technician and she is unreliable, not trustworthy and does not manage her workload or customers in a professional manner. Very disappointing. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and at that time, they assured me I would have FREE oil changes there for the life of the vehicle. This has always been upheld until this visit when the service time, they assured me I would have FREE oil changes there for the life of the vehicle. This has always been upheld until this visit when the service rep told me they were no longer honoring this promise. I've reported this to the general Subaru management but haven't heard any reply. I've worked for decades with Groove Subaru on Broadway and have always had honest encounters with them so I'm planning to only work with that deanship from now on. More
