Spoke with the GM and it resolved nothing. Be very, very careful if you go to this dealership for service. Don't assume that the service you booked is all they will do without counseling you on further needs for your car. This does not allow the customer any chance to make decisions based on needs vs finances. They will not verbalize what you are consenting to when you sign. They will not tell you the issues with the car and let you decide what you need fixed now vs later, they will simply go ahead and do it and charge you for it. Read the fine print and verbally double check the cost before you sign since they like to use deceptive practices. Because if you sign anything they will use it against you as they clearly feel this absolves them of reasonable expectations to be clear about the cost of services.
