The Girl ,Service Agent ,was very friendly and helpful and efficient. She said it would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour .I said ,great, I am waiting in the lounge. Sure enough , she got me after an hour a and efficient. She said it would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour .I said ,great, I am waiting in the lounge. The service was okay. The only complaint I have, Is that they dented my car! They said they would take care of it and call me on Monday to schedule an appointment. But that never happened. We have always received good service at this dealership. This visit was for an upgrade to the Starlink system. I expected this to take up to 3 hours. I made an appointment in advance for an oil change. It was a bit of a chore to have a manufacturer correction performed. Three contacts attempted. Two hangups on my call and no return call until my third try.
