I’ve been going to Arapahoe Subaru for many years now with spotty customer service experiences in the service department to say the least. My visit yesterday was a very positive one. I spoke with a service advisor, Ean, the day prior about some work I needed to have done and was able to get in first thing the next morning where I was greeted by Ean, walked through my request and concerns, and then updated on how things were going while I waited. I was advised of an additional issue with my rear brakes upon inspection, but was not upsold on anything. At the end, Ean described in great detail how everything stood and I even got out an hour or so earlier than initially planned. Ean was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Thanks for helping to renew my faith in Arapahoe Subaru! More

We had an issue where our multiple check engine lights come on all at once. Austin was courteous, patient and very professional. He actively listened to understand our issue, let us know that our warranty come on all at once. Austin was courteous, patient and very professional. He then got back to us the same day and informed us that he was successful in getting Subaru to cover the issue.
