Vehicle in for regular new car maintenance. I waited while the work was performed. Individual checking me in was polite and knew what questions to ask. I appreciate that they found out the problem with my left back tire and were able to replace it the same day. When I was ready to leave and my car had passed all inspections I started the car and noticed a back tire and were able to replace it the same day. Luckily a tech guy was in the guest parking lot and discovered the hood on the car had not been securely shut. I’m glad I noticed this problem before I hit the road. More

Usually my husband brings the car in for service but because of continuing health problems, I am the primary driver. After three years we have only 9600 miles on the car. It has performed just as we hoped and i# a great car for seniors like ourselves. I wanted a safe car and have been happy to let my children use it when they visit from out of state. We were not pressured to purchase any extras when we took the car in for a checkup, but they noted things that may need to be done on the next visit. More
