I had recall work that needed to me done. The service advisor was able to accommodate by work schedule to get the Crosstrek in for repair. Car was fixed ok, but a problem with my windows. I had stated to the Service Rep. that please leave the windows UP as the had been tinted and it could hurt them. When I picked up the car a couple of days later; all the front windows had been lowered down. I talked to the Service Mgr. about this and stated what had happened and what should have been done. He took some photos and my contact info. about some possible damage to my front window tinting. He stated that someone will following up the next day; it has been almost a week now and NO contact back for from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. Very sad follow up and customer service from this dealership. On a go forward I will be going some place else to service this car that I had previously bought at this location. More

We stopped by to get the air in my Subaru’s tires checked when the low tire pressure indicator came on. The very friendly and polite service rep, Not, quickly found a mail in a tire and repaired it in less t when the low tire pressure indicator came on. Regular maintenance is done while I wait, usually about an hour or so. The Auto Techs are thorough. When I asked an Auto Tech about one of my concerns as I was leaving my car in the service drop-off area, he was able to explain why that was happening and stated that it really was not a concern. I recently purchased another five-year maintenance agreement. Why? Because AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe has always provided a friendly atmosphere and great service since day one. I was encouraged by the service/sales team to provide a 5-star rating several times during my visit. I did not have a 5-star experience. I took my vehicle into the dealership for a service recall and I decided to buy out my lease the same day and obtained financing through the sales dept. While the team was friendly (of course they were because they saw $$$), I was offered/encouraged/pressured to purchase a vehicle care protection package even though I had a solid warranty that I purchased when I leased the vehicle. As a single and only parent of three, my best interest was definitely not part of their package and It's unfortunate because they originally came across as being sincere. By the end of the process I couldn't wait to leave, felt preyed upon and didn't have a good feeling about the process or the financing product. I'm glad that my teachers' association and neighborhood vicinity both have recommendation forums as this ONE STAR review is being copied and pasted several times. More
