When it arrived, the purchase process went very smoothly. All my accessories were quickly installed for me. I appreciated the test drive before actual purchase. The important new features were explained to me. I did not have experience with financing because I wrote a check for the vehicle. I did not trade in my old vehicle. I picked it up at the dealership, so there was no home delivery. More
