Because of heavy traffic I was late arriving for my routine oil change and tire rotation. The service department did still got me in and out within an hour. The service was okay. The only complaint I have, Is that they dented my car! They said they would take care of it and call me on Monday to schedule an appointment. But that never happened. The Girl ,Service Agent ,was very friendly and helpful and efficient. She said it would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour .I said ,great, I am waiting in the lounge. Sure enough , she got me after an hour a and efficient. She said it would take about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour .I said ,great, I am waiting in the lounge. Sure enough , she got me after an hour and 15 minutes and I was on my way. Great !! More

I made an appointment in advance for an oil change. We have always received good service at this dealership. This visit was for an upgrade to the Starlink system. I expected this to take up to 3 hours.
