I didn't have an appointment when my check engine light came on and loud noises coming from the front engine compartment, however they told me they would be able to squeeze me in if I wait. I waited and th came on and loud noises coming from the front engine compartment, however they told me they would be able to squeeze me in if I wait. I waited and they told me that the code was because I had an aftermarket gas cap. They did not address the noise up front, which was clearly coming from the fan belt pulley system. I bought a new gas cap and paid a diagnostic fee. That was a week ago the noise got worse, I tried to get an appointment and was never called back. I'm currently getting a tow truck because the noise is gone, because The pulley broke off and stopped making noise. I understand if a repair shop is a very busy but please do not say you did a proper diagnosis just to have me on the side of the road a week later for something that was very obvious. Very disappointed and wasted a lot of my time. More
