Really pleased with the ordering and delivery of my 2022 Outback. It came weeks earlier than estimated, so they set my expectations appropriately and the final bill was exactly as we agreed. They also didn't ask for a non-refundable deposit like the dealer closer to my home. I bought my previous Outback from this same dealership 5 years earlier, and it was the same great experience. Shout out to Syed, super nice guy who really took care of us! More

My salesperson Andrea was friendly, professional and really listened to my needs versus just trying to upsell me. At no time did I ever feel pressured, unlike my experiences at other car dealerships, so really listened to my needs versus just trying to upsell me. Toker was awesome! Great customer service and made me want to for sure come back . Nick was also great . Got my car done in a timely manner . I was quoted a worst case scenario which made it scary . Replaced power steering pump that was leaking and going bad which might have been the cause of one of the noises. The other noise which a clicking and rattling noise is still there. You only hear it when car is in gear while stopped or driving which I explained to service adviser. The mechanic should have heard it during test drive and also when first starting car to bring it into shop because it is worse when engine is cold. My search for a good mechanic continues. More

Some type of module wa Not good. I dropped my car off on Tuesday, December 21st for a network update on the Starlink program on my Subaru Outback. Some type of module was not working so the module needed replacing also. December 21st is the last day I received a text or a phone call about my car. My service advisor, Austin ended up getting sick and all communication seized from that point on. I am sorry that Austin was sick, but someone should pick up the slack in this situation. The module needed to be ordered. Due to shipping it took a while for the module to come in. I can understand shipping taking a while, especially around the holiday. I do not know if the module has arrived at AutoNation Subaru since they do not call me. I called at the end of day on December 22nd and at the end of day on December 23rd. I was told on December 23rd that the part still had not come in and it should be here on Monday, December 27th. So, I called on December 27th. The part has still not come in. I talked to a Mike (I don't know the last name) and asked why I am the one always calling about my car. Shouldn't someone from AutoNation Subaru's Service department call me and give me updates? He was a bit oblivious about this. He said that if the part came in on December 28th, they would get the car fixed on that day. Same with the 29th of December. At 5 am on December 29th, I get this survey asking how AutoNation Subaru did. You tell me, how did you do? Would you be satisfied with this service? Is my car ready to be picked up? Based on this, I will be going to a competitor for future service and recall needs. I can understand a part not coming in. What I can't understand is the lack of communication. I feel like AutoNation Subaru does not value my business. I have choices and I plan on using them. More
