We had an issue where our multiple check engine lights come on all at once. Austin was courteous, patient and very professional. He actively listened to understand our issue, let us know that our warranty come on all at once. Austin was courteous, patient and very professional. He actively listened to understand our issue, let us know that our warranty had expired but would talk to Subaru to see if there were other options available. He then got back to us the same day and informed us that he was successful in getting Subaru to cover the issue. Terry and team did a very good job on our orderer our 2022 Subaru Forester Touring. The ordering was made easier because we were replacing our 2019 Subaru Forester Touring which was totaled in a car acci 2022 Subaru Forester Touring.
