I’ve been going to Arapahoe Subaru for many years now with spotty customer service experiences in the service department to say the least. My visit yesterday was a very positive one. I spoke with a servi with spotty customer service experiences in the service department to say the least. My visit yesterday was a very positive one. I spoke with a service advisor, Ean, the day prior about some work I needed to have done and was able to get in first thing the next morning where I was greeted by Ean, walked through my request and concerns, and then updated on how things were going while I waited. I was advised of an additional issue with my rear brakes upon inspection, but was not upsold on anything. At the end, Ean described in great detail how everything stood and I even got out an hour or so earlier than initially planned. Ean was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!
