Had an overall excellent service experience. My 2021 Ascent had what I thought was a battery problem, After thorough tests it was discovered I needed a new module that was causing the drainage. Austin was fabulous with his communication and kept me updated the whole time. Took one week to get my car back but I was given a loaner car. Am so grateful for the wonderful service and that they discovered the underlying problem and fixed it! Oh…it was all on warranty. Didn’t cost a dime! More

Picked up my new 2022 Subaru Outback Limited yesterday evening. Have only driven it 20 miles, but I can tell already we are going to love this car. So comfortable and quiet to drive. I had been told by another oil change provider that I needed my alignment checked and that I needed 4 new tires. I took my car to AutoNation Subaru for a second opinion. They were extremely helpful.
