Usually my husband brings the car in for service but because of continuing health problems, I am the primary driver. I will say the service was efficient and ere treated respectfully and with much cour because of continuing health problems, I am the primary driver. I will say the service was efficient and ere treated respectfully and with much courtesy. We purchased the car service policy when we bought the car and have been very pleased. After three years we have only 9600 miles on the car. It has performed just as we hoped and i# a great car for seniors like ourselves. I wanted a safe car and have been happy to let my children use it when they visit from out of state. We were not pressured to purchase any extras when we took the car in for a checkup, but they noted things that may need to be done on the next visit. More
