Vehicle in for regular new car maintenance. I waited while the work was performed. Individual checking me in was polite and knew what questions to ask. The vehicle service was complete within the time promised. The service rep went over everything in detail and answered my questions. The vehicle was clean inside when I left the shop. Also, it was extremely cold outside so they had the vehicle in the inside drop off area for me. Job well done. More

I appreciate that they found out the problem with my left back tire and were able to replace it the same day. When I was ready to leave and my car had passed all inspections I started the car and noticed a back tire and were able to replace it the same day. When I was ready to leave and my car had passed all inspections I started the car and noticed a warning signal on the dashboard. Luckily a tech guy was in the guest parking lot and discovered the hood on the car had not been securely shut. I’m glad I noticed this problem before I hit the road. More
