Absolutely terrible. Brought my brand new 2021 Subaru Crosstrek here two weeks ago. Everything went fine (so I thought) once my car was given back to me after a "simple" Brought my brand new 2021 Subaru Crosstrek here two weeks ago. Everything went fine (so I thought) once my car was given back to me after a "simple" tire rotation and oil change. I asked them to top off my windshield wiper fluid because mine was low (a light comes on when it needs to be refilled). When I got my car back, we had warm weather for a while so when I used my windshield wiper fluid it was working just fine. We hit some bad/cold weather with temperatures about -2 degrees F. I was leaving work at 4pm during a snow storm 2 days ago, and my windshield wiper fluid was frozen, I could not drive my car because if you have ever driven in snow, you know you need anti-freeze windshield wiper fluid. I had to then wait for 2 hours for Subaru roadside assistance to tow my car to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. The service manager, William, was very kind and helpful. I received my car back the next day, they brought it to my work because of how much of a mess up on their part this was, and how much of an inconvenience this was. William swore up and down to me that this would not happen again, that they tested their fluid and it for sure would not freeze and this wouldn't be a problem again. This morning, I got into my car and it was 3 degrees F outside. I went to use my windshield wiper fluid to get the ice off of my car, and it did not come out. FROZEN. AGAIN. I am now waiting at work for my car to be picked up, yet again, to get this fixed "hopefully". WE LIVE IN COLORADO. WE NEED ANTI-FREEZE WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID IN OUR CARS. Still no solution after 3 days. So inconvenient. AND, to add onto it, this place is 40 minutes away from my house. Gas is almost $4.50 a gallon where I live. They did not offer to fill up my tank, give me a coupon for my next visit, nothing. Just a "sorry". This has been the worst service experience, and I will never return to this Subaru. More
