Mostly pleasant experience. I would have liked more guidance on what my new car would have available as options. I didn't know I would have had to upgrade to a different rear vi I would have liked more guidance on what my new car would have available as options. I didn't know I would have had to upgrade to a different rear view mirror that included the garage door opener button, as my former Subaru had that and I was buying the same model. Now I feel like I have down-graded back to having to find my garage door opener every time I need it and it frustrates me. That process needs to be monitored more closely so the customer is aware of every option. More

Bought our daughter a car in November, which she loves. However, the speedometer stopped working the day she drove it home. Dealer said they would take care of it and get it fixed but still haven't. Vehicle in for regular new car maintenance. I waited while the work was performed. Individual checking me in was polite and knew what questions to ask. I appreciate that they found out the problem with my left back tire and were able to replace it the same day. When I was ready to leave and my car had passed all inspections I started the car and noticed a back tire and were able to replace it the same day. Luckily a tech guy was in the guest parking lot and discovered the hood on the car had not been securely shut. I’m glad I noticed this problem before I hit the road. More
