Had trouble with my battery holding a charge, called and spoke with Service Advisor Nicholas Bethlenfa. He was able to have the battery tested, replaced and I was in and out in less than 1 & 1/2 hrs spoke with Service Advisor Nicholas Bethlenfa. I ordered my Subaru Ascent in January and received my car as promised just 12 weeks later. Our sales person Todd, who we did the test drive with is so knowledgeable about the process and every detail about the car, it was impressive! Once the car arrived, Todd took the time to explain every detail of the car and has been available for any follow up questions. He's been like a mentor to help me learn about the car and the Subaru family. The process was seamless and easy. Could not be happier and would highly recommend AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe and Todd!
