I made an appointment to service my still relatively new Subaru Crosstrek. I had to reschedule due to emergency oral surgery and I had no problems selecting a new date. Staff was very helpful. Upon my arrival I was greeted by an older gentleman who graciously directed to a staff member and placed protective paper in my clean car. I regret not recalling his name but he was very nice. The staff person, I think her name was Clarissa, was helpful and explained my service. She explained options clearly without being pushy and I chose to purchase them. The lounge was clean and pleasant, though I didn't care for the TV channel. I chose to sit in a quiet place behind the TV and caught up on my email. The coffee was very good considering it was being made by a machine. The time for my service was as expected. Great customer sevice from beginning to end. More

Very pleased with my service and service representative. I took my car in for a recall and was able to have my service done at the same time.
